I will keep saying it Stobart could not run a bath regarding aviation, they should stick to what they do best road and rail logistics. Whoever thought of Manchester as a money spinner in favour of continental routes hasn't t got a clue in my humble opinion. As somebody else said Gatwick cannot sustain a Manchester service with a much larger catchment area and interlining so why on earth would Southend. If that doesn't work let us try another domestic route say Humberside or Norwich even - real money spinners there! Great pity about Caen and reduced frequency to Rennes but no surprises for me about Cologne.
