Cap371
Question on a bit tricky subject – Flight Duty & Rest regulations. I am reading CAP371 to understand English rules due to possible application in country outside UK...
I would like to find out any experience / examples / thoughts from practical point of view a CAP371 user. I have already spoken to UK CAA people – they were very helpful anyway.
Do you think it’s good idea to stick to CAP371?
First practical question:. Does normally company sleep its crew at destination (to fly every around 24h) for more than 30h or prefer three people fly it?
Another: I know there will be a new edition of CAP371 later this year but how about European Parliament or/and OPS1 Subpart Q?
Thanks for any info or comparison with different FDR rules...
