Thanks @scotwings for the info, sounds like they’re really pushing it atm!
Route 3 will take slightly longer and will cost more overall, but you will end up flying for easyJet just the same as a cadet on Route 1 or 2, holding an ATPL licence as opposed to an MPL. (There are quite a few posts online explaining the differences between the licences, I'd recommend gbotley's excellent blog). easyJet will also send you a conditional offer of employment once you are confirmed on the course, as they do with the other routes.
