Further, when you pay for the much advertised jet service, you don't want to turn up to find a rather old ATR42 waiting for your journey to Stansted. They knew they had every chance of gaining the LDY-STN PSO, but seem to have had real problems in providing the service they promised. Hopefully when they get their new aircraft this will all stop.
