OK, Let us just suppose that GDP is stagnant or will shrink, cutting the 2% in real £, various administrative ways will be found to claim the 2% from less real spend £ and, the value of the £ continues to fall, increasing cost of UK Mil procurement from the USA. So, a reducing Mil budget. Just what would you cut before the carriers?
