Well having a quick look around it seems the cheapest rate for a CPL is around $65-75000. Add to that around $15-20000 for an instructor rating. And an instrument rating which you will eventually need as well.
The $105k for the cadetship will turn out to be financially better in the long term. Considering you'll get on an airline salary and seniority list straight away, be able to get a command and pay increase sooner, and you'll be able to go on to bigger and more highly paid jobs sooner with your multi crew turboprop time.
