North American Pilots in Europe?

I have seen some posts like this around the forum but i'd like to ask myself, with my cercumstances. I am a Canadian citizen who hasn't started flight training or University yet (Pretty well fresh out of high school.) But if possible i'd really like to do my training and possibly get a job in Europe. I know it is very expensive over there but I do have the money available to me. A lot of people have said that it is next to impossible to get jobs as an airline pilot over there without citizenship but I don't need to work for an airline right away. I'm sure that with the proper licenses from a European flight school I can maybe get a job as a flight instructor and spend enough time in country to gain the status that I can apply for an airline or corporate company there.

I know it may be challenging but I am up for it.
Please reply with and opinions good or bad as well as suggestions on a course of action I should take.
