Its been in the public domain for some time that PK was taking up other interests outside his CEO Job at BHX.
Outside the runway expansion (a big change) and to be fair; a late reworking of the airports outdated baggage systems + "Bus Station Area" for the '60's stands and a new Primary Radar (installed) and enhanced Ground Movement Radar to come.
A good 7 out of 10.
His stewardship has failed to produce a program of planned and implemented expansion of the (admittedly cramped) terminal facilities hemmed in by a railway and roads.
This problem goes back to the 1930's. Plans ! Yep: bits,bytes,hot air & Papyrus galore.
Last and not least; the sorry/soggy saga of the runway 33 ILS.
Overall a decent job done.
