FR have got this wrong big time in my opinion from customer service,
PR and operational aspects. Undoes a lot of Kenny's AGB stuff in a stroke. I know fares cheap etc etc but so is Mc Donald's but I get to sit with people I am supposed to be sharing the experience with ! Wide bearth from FR for me again.......
