Between long haul arrivals and departures it's nearly always a separate ferry crew, although on the shorter inbound sectors (say, an SFB to MAN) it's possible for the inbound crew to do a short ferry flight after the long haul sector. You wouldn't put a ferry sector before a long haul as you'd be gambling with FTL.
