Ahhhh the ole we don't want expats...
Airlines only hire expats as they don't have enough experienced locals to fill the seats. This is true in any industry not just aviation.
Airlines get rid of expats when they don't need them, didn't SIA get rid of all expats not so long ago???
Why are there such good contracts for expats in China? Same reason.
So fine get rid of the expats, then what happens?
