I think the ultimate problem will be - way too much experience in the pilots on board.

The seen boss will be the CASA person by crew - They do bash that big stick often.


Then the 2 crew, both with big experience.


Who will say what when wen it is not as planned?


To many chiefs on this brief is possible!
