You don't have to mention the questions so it's fair for everyone, I'm just curious how the layout of the day goes.
Hi, I attended the first assessment session in the morning. It went for about three hours and consisted of a meet and greet in the lobby so usual intro stuff about the role and then collection of paperwork and having your height measured.. After this we were split into three groups to do a group activity, interviews and a written component after you had completed all three you were free to go home and I heard back the following day that I was successful through to the Xref stage.
