As anyone with any commercial acumen will tell you;
Lose your staff due to poor treatment and conditions and you will lose in the long term.
Treat your passengers so badly they don't come back and you will lose in the short and long term
Price charter work up with no profit in them and you need professional psychiatric help.
All of the above Eastern could not and would not address due to incompetency and ignorance respectively.
Now they've made a £3.3m loss. Not surprising.
