Maybe you could pop a request over to Embraer and ask them to ensure that they always supply windscreens that don't delaminate in future so that these 'operational wobbles' can be avoided?
A combined operation to protect all passengers was decided as the way forward which I appreciate may have caused some irritation but it was thought better to move ALL pax today instead of cancelling either the DUS or the HAM and really annoying the 50 or so that wouldn't have had a flight at all...
