So what if the dispatcher doesn't understand what you're saying during the start. So what if he can't understand a non FADEC chatter of 20% ...n2 increase....check. He doesn't need to. He will sit there quietly until he sees both engines turning, then will expect a disconnect. All he needs to understand is that from that point if he hears the crew chatting discussing the taxi clearance, or the after start checklist he's been forgotten.
