Ok, so they adapt to the candidate, that is equitable.
A young CPL IR ME they ask how work a jet engine, what is a yaw dumper, and how works hydraulics system on a boeing. And for a military with many hours on turboprop ... nothing ... it's equitable ^^
If they ask questions (not the same) for everybody, it's equitable !
If a candidate has hard sim with emergencies, no radar vector because radar is dead and an other has just turns, climbs and radar vector ILS full stop, do you really think it's equitable ?
