I believe the first phase of the TP is to expand the apron to the north west (i.e. Towards the M56) with construction of that finger pier. This should create the headroom in capacity to deal with growth over the next few years.
I think there are plans for increased remote stands - but that is just here say on these boards and elsewhere.
