Roy Hudd, me thinks you need to find another job, or just chill out. As for AA, they have always sucked. I used them once on the BOS-MAN flight and that was the first and last transatlantic. We have a choice, so just dump them. Was hoping that US would improve them, but alas the AA mentality and poor service has won out. Luckily I no longer need to travel from the US as I now live in Asia, but AA was not an option when you have US/CO/DL back in the day.
On MAN terminal upgrades, nobody has answered if there will be a reduction in growth, and even if the upgrade will have enough capacity to actually cater for required pax when finished?
