Not sure if it's in the public domain or not, but there's a good 'West Pier Special' on the Manchester Airport 'PlaneTalk' app for staff about the MAN TP.
In short, it's been decided that T2 from 212 on wards will be demolished and rebuilt as opposed to 'refurbed'.
June - Modifications to stands and terminal
July - West pier gates 213-215 closed at all levels within the terminal, access will be via a large gate (made of portacabins) currently being built on stand 212 with walkways to 213, 214, 215 and 216.
September - Entire west pier closed from 212 onwards including WH Smith and Cafe Nero within the terminal itself.
All arriving pax on 213-216 will be bussed to arrivals
