No ATP built at PIK ever entered service, 2063 was built at WFD, the last ATP built. 2064 and 2065 were built as J61s with uprated engines and both were scrapped.
It's, inevitably, a bit more complicated than that, as the fuselages for the last ATP, and those two J61s, were all manufactured at Woodford and then trucked up to Prestwick for final assembly. As I understand it the last ATP and the first J61 had this done in 1992, the ATP was completed there and flown in May 1993, before the final Woodford-built ones, while it was another year before the sole J61 to be completed flew. As they were both then taken back to Woodford for further work, the whole exercise seems to have been somewhat futile.
