Well I would certainly welcome a regular service out of Sion but I really wonder about the reported plans (ie. I find them very ambitious). But I really wish them well !
As for Airport qualification B I read "
To achieve this authorisation, the pilot must successfully complete the training, either on the aircraft or in an approved simulator". Not sure this can be achieved overnight...
