Of course His Excellency is not known for changing his mind! The normal protocol for the introduction of a thin new route launch has been the use of a 319/320 LR's x 5 times a week until it can absorb the DOC's of a wide body.
I agree with Thrust the important thing is QR are going to operate the route which is much needed for the economy of South Wales just do not expect it to be A 787 from day one.
