Are they? Qatar flights bookable through to May 2018 now, and only connections are bookable on Cardiff / Doha.
I recall BHX had a number of false starts based on interviews given by Qatar executives, so I suggest we don't get ahead of ourselves. it's operating when reservations open, and not until then.
