I hope BM are careful with their fleet and crewing.
Their flights must be dominated by business travellers able to justify the relatively high fares for the point-to-point routes, and people connecting into long-haul at FRA/MUC. Letting those people down seems to be disproportionately risky for their reputation and repeat bookings.
I've had a couple of business contacts flying into meet me in BRS have their flights disrupted (sometimes due to WX, so that's just one of those things), and it makes them wary of rebooking.
