One of CX screening criteria is hours commensurate with age. It would appear that being 39 with only 3000 hours and no jet time, you would be in the lower end of the spectrum. If you haven’t been given a “You don’t meet our minimum criteria”, keep trying. Update your resume more often. Give flight crew recruitment a call every now and then to see where your file stands and when more interviews will be conducted in your area. Remember the squeaky door gets the oil. Keenness will be the thing that may get you a shot at an interview. Good Luck.
