Agree with Tray Surfer. I use Biggin from time to time and have no issues with the Signature Team. They are polite and friendly and can't fault the service. Nice facility too. Don't be drawn in by some of the negative comments - simply not true that service has slipped. Quite the opposite in my experience to be honest.
