The pre requisites for this scholarship make this available to only a small group of people. How many mechs can leave work to study back to back with there job waiting at the end, same with forces guys. I think only contractors who have saved up enough before taking the time off to study for a period would be suitable.
Whilst it is great that this is available maybe financial help across a 2 year period would allow more suitable candidates the opportunity to apply
