I noticed the posties aircraft is painted up in the new Loganair colours now, and the 340 we were on from BEB on Monday was now white - with a few bits of Flybe colours that they seemed to have missed
So I have a question after a discussion I had recently - I am sure someone here will be able to answer! When new logos and colour schemes are put on aircraft, are they actually physically painted? Or are they some kind of giant sticker? I had always thought they were really painted.
I did try to google it, honest! But it seems the answer may be so obvious that it is not necessary for anyone to write it down - at least, where I can find it...
