I have no info regarding assessment date. If you are SYD base then training will be at COSE Qantas Service Center of Excellence in Alexandria for customer service training & if you are BNE or MEL base sorry I dont know. Emergency procedures is based at flight training center (SYD airport) grounds school should commence in late July or August.
Service training can also be done in MEL at airport west training centre where they train for EP's. Keep in mind they can also fly you up to syd for up to 2 weeks for servixe training just depending on how busy it is.
