The discussion about how many pax are on a flight is pretty meaningless in a business sense unless you consider the yield.

To the casual observer a flight with 10 pax with £100 tickets would look the same as a flight with 5 staff on ID90s and 5 joe public paying £25 each but the first example would have a worthwhile yield where the second would not.
