It appears that this scheme has re-opened for both:
Experienced Pilots: Have at least 1500 hours of total flying time (excluding simulator time), and;
Have at least 500 hours of multi-crew flying time, or some military flying experience.
Cadet Pilots: Have less than 1500 hours of total flying time, and/or have less than 500 hours of multi-crew flying time and no military flying experience.
