Regarding @C441's qf9 issue... well that is a tricky one, midnight departure and the planned pax 24hrs prior. Going straight through is a bad idea imo, unless you're the senior s/o and can call the first break
going early arvo for a snooze at the hotel is the best compromise for that one imo
