Many thanks Tim Zukas. That seems to be the timing. Looking back, my sister and I (aged 9 and 14) thought we were at NBO in the very early morning - like 05:00 and at JNB around 09:00/10:00 but then it was 50.5 years ago and I lost my Junior Jet Club log book many years ago

Of those two rotations that did the double stop, could you please tell me on what days of the week they left LHR? Thanks.
