The 1031 nm leg from MSZ to HLE is at the range limit at long range cruise with reserves for the RJ 85.
Whilst I am not aware of the fuel policy at Airlink, I am presuming the reserves are two hours fuel to circle (aka island reserve) as they won't have enough to divert anywhere else.
