The CAA process is by far the easiest so long as you don't mind a trip to Gatwick. Takes about 4 weeks to get the new FAA Certificate. You will need

This process will sort out the change of address and get your ELP added to the certificate. As I recall it under the FAA system it cost $2 to effect a change of address.
