A long time ago they did. I believe the policy now is that you must hold an EASA licence and be willing to change to an Irish EASA license. Who knows if the Ryans can't attract/keep staff with the current T's and C's I'm sure the IAA would facilitate whatever validation programme was suggested. However as we all know Ryanair are
never short of pilots.
