I think the first year of any new business is happy to achieve a growing number of regular customers against anything more than a breakeven situation financially. Although I hate Milan as a city, there is huge demand (I've lost count how many flights we have a week from Lux to Milan's three airports) and judging by the first day loads it's no surprise to see 80+ each way. I, too, had my doubts about Koln and Lyon, but they too are no embarrassment for the first day. It is possible, if carefully planned, to connect, using separate tickets by using Hopair, to up to around 8 other internal destinations in France. If a passenger is in no hurry to reach his destination, or wants to continue onwards after a few days in the Lyon area, it can be a cheap way to travel around. For the first month or so, I will be interested the view the pax loads figures on the new routes, although I know a few moaners on here probably have no interest in them.
