The 195 seems like a very nice aircraft, however with that being said if you are looking to move in future most of the job adds that are currently offered require either airbus or Boeing experience. Places like the USA really don't emphasize type rating but rather pic turbine, other countries it is very important. What is your 5 or even 10 year plan?
You are very right. Unfortunately my airline has only the Embraers thus no fleet changes. My future plans is to One day to move to the proper airline and explore the world.
