DB is the arrogance of your assertion. Are you saying you would not have circumed to whatever insidiousness it was that lead this unfortunate crew into whatever the trap was. It would be a little trite to say that every accident is caused by an under performing crew. Remember swiss cheese when you point the finger of blame at any crew member. I've always had the view that there but for the grace of God..... I hope good fortune continues to smile upon you
