Be happy, you have probably saved 1k EUR by not attending the assessment :-)
As you otherwise had to pay not only the "fee" but also airfare to Dublin, hotel, food etc.
I already took those costs in consideration before applying, so no, I won't be happy if they don't contact me and if anyone feels happy when the employer doesn't answer, well... that guy has issues!
