It's Bad all Over
It's bad everywhere in the industry and there are no perfect companies. Bristow certainly isn't perfect but it's not the worst and after 22 years with them then leaving to find greener pastures let me tell you it's a myth...! There are no greener pastures or perfect companies. Bristow were good in their day but times have changed and so has the business. At the end of the day companies are running a business not a charity and it is just unfortunate those who have committed their life to their craft suffer the most the consequences of the economic downturn. Loyalty is a two way street that doesn't exist in companies anymore. ☹️
