In the UK Infliximab is sometimes allowed with a multicrew limitation for pilots.

I do not know about Belgium, nor about the situation for an initial ATCO medical. It may depend on the state of issue.
Gingernut posts "The AME is covering his are. (sic). Keep us informed and good luck." I think Gingernut may be misinformed about the duties of an AME performing an initial Euro Class 3 medical. It seems to me that your AME is doing exactly what he is obliged to do by the EASA regulations in referring this decision to the Aeromedical section of the licensing authority.
