Seriously, is there anything about aviation that GT actually knows something about. I would have thought there was/is plenty of competition. It's about economies of scale. Parts of the East Coast corridor are the busiest air routes in the world, WA is not, things are expensive to get there, services are more expensive and fuel is more expensive generally speaking - catering has to be carried in and out and it's just a different market. i really wish this guy would just go away, bl--dy factotum on everything... seriously.
