The sooner the AAIU publish something about this the better. The SAR (and wider aviation) community need to know how a modern, fully-serviceable helicopter complete with a highly experienced crew ended up at the bottom of the sea. Well stated. Particularly in regard to systemic failure and the need to know now what is surely privately known within the system that has failed.
