EIDW / EGMC allegedly commencing service later 2017. In other words, seems like they are trying to progress restarting the service which Aer Lingus Regional and Flybe used to operate. Will be interesting to see if there will be a formal media statement on this to either confirm or deny.
But aside from that, as I've said earlier, within recent days I've heard from Cityjet flight crew personnel that WX are back in talks.
I think the EIDW route was an interesting one in the past, it delivered healthy loads but neither carrier could get the configuration right, there were issues with older a/c going tech and crew rostering but aside from that, it's a strong growth route.
