Thanks for sharing - what is clearly a fantastic customer experience.
I'm a frequent flyer and use SEN too, my experiences are identical. The place just works as it should - no drama, no stress, you park the car, walk a few paces into the terminal, fast security, next thing you know, you're sitting at your gate all done in a matter of a couple of minutes.
It's almost biz exec jet private charter speed, unheard of really for a regional airport.
I feel SEN are on the cusp of something great, it's frustratingly slow pace of progress, but it's such an incredible economic asset to Essex and dare I say it, London too - as our remaining London and surrounding airports are choked to capacity.
SEN will have an increasingly important economic business case to Essex employment. SEN and London Gateway are strategic assets.
