The crew contacted dispatch asking whether they should divert to San Pedro Sula in case of another go around.
I don't understand this concept of
asking if they should divert; the PIC should be
telling dispatch that they are diverting. Whilst unfamiliar with the airport and the airline, I'd suggest that there might have been a few problems with the organisational culture.
