licensed glider pilots, all at or under the age of 17. If the "leaders" of the RAF cadet program want to see a successful youth cadet
flying program I highly suggest they come pay a visit to the colonies and see how to do it right
They don't need to go to that expense, most bga clubs have active junior sections.
