The 76 is perf limited out of NCL. The take off performance on the day limits your maximum take off weight so I guess they couldn't squeeze enough fuel for the conditions on the day and tech stopped for fuel required. In terms of time on the ground, well that's just a variable from the service given on the day.
Understood, however they did change crews as well. As for the 767, lovely plane and seats 2" wider, no complaints really, just TUI keeping their cards close to their chest.
